Forrestfield Airport Metronet Link

Spurring off the existing Midland Line, the Forrestfield-Airport Link is a new rail service to Perth's eastern suburbs. This landmark transport project will enhance the existing network by providing three new stations connected via twin-bored tunnels.

• SCS is responsible for the communications network for the project
• SCS has been contracted to provide optic fibre and coaxial cable solutions for tunnel coverage
• Coverage will be provided at 3 stations, all cross passages linking the 2 tunnels and the egress shafts
• The project requires the services of resources specialising in optic fibre, coaxial cable, structured cabling and antenna installations
• The project spans 2020/2021 and is managed through an onsite office and resident on site technical specialists
